Why wood
Most modern devices are plastic, metal, and glass. We chose wood because it's the opposite of cold. Wood has warmth. Grain. History. Every piece is slightly different. It feels good in your hand on day one — and it ages with you.
We hand-finish every Aire Stick from solid walnut or maple — two woods we love for opposite reasons.
Walnut — The Confident One
Deep, rich, dark brown. Walnut feels grounded. Bold. We pair it with a matte black hourglass mouthpiece for a premium, almost editorial look. It's the Aire Stick for someone who knows exactly who they are.
Maple — The Quiet One
Light honey tones with a fine, even grain. Maple is clean and minimal — the woodworking equivalent of a perfectly tailored white shirt. We pair it with a brushed silver mouthpiece for a softer, more modern feel.
The 360° airflow system
The wood body of every Aire Stick rotates with a smooth, weighted feel — and a satisfying click at each position. That click isn't decorative. It's how you dial in your perfect breath. Tight and focused. Wide and open. Anywhere in between.
It took months of prototyping to get the rotation feel right. Too loose and it feels cheap. Too tight and it fights you. The version we ship is where we landed — and it's the part of the Aire Stick our customers comment on most.
